Yummy, healthy & full of energy
Makes 10-12 balls
Stir together the oats and almond butter in a medium bowl. Stir in the maple syrup, chocolate chips, seeds, cinnamon and salt.
Mix until thoroughly combined (easy to do with your hands). Add more oats if the mixture feels too wet.
Taste and add any additional salt, cinnamon or maple syrup if needed. Squeeze 1-tablespoon portions and shape into balls.
Put them in the fridge to set for 30 minutes. Once they are set, cover and keep refrigerated.
85g rolled oats
115g almond butter (or another nut butter)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon sea salt
