    My favourite protein pancakes

    Version 1 Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas 2 large eggs 1 tsp nut spread (I love organic almond or cashew spread) 1/2 cup almond meal 1 dessert spoon protein powder 50 ml coconut milk Directions: Blend bananas, eggs, nut spread, almond meal, pea protein and coconut milk to make a runny batter.
